Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with the original invoice/bill.
If the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or videos.
After verification and approval, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment or another approved method.
Shipping, courier, or handling charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to the Company's error.
Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will normally be processed within 7–15 working days after the returned product is received and approved.

रिफंड पॉलिसी
MyIndia Online Marketing Pvt. Ltd. में ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। यदि किसी ग्राहक को खरीदे गए उत्पाद से संबंधित कोई उचित समस्या होती है, तो कंपनी निम्नलिखित नियमों एवं शर्तों के अनुसार रिफंड प्रदान करेगी।
ग्राहक उत्पाद प्राप्त होने की तिथि से 30 दिनों के भीतर रिफंड का अनुरोध कर सकता है।
रिफंड के लिए उत्पाद अनुपयोगित (Unused), बिना खोला हुआ (Unopened) तथा अपनी मूल पैकिंग और बिल/इनवॉइस के साथ होना चाहिए।
यदि उत्पाद क्षतिग्रस्त (Damaged), दोषपूर्ण (Defective) या गलत (Wrong Product) प्राप्त होता है, तो ग्राहक को डिलीवरी के 48 घंटे के भीतर कंपनी को सूचित करना होगा।
कंपनी द्वारा जांच और स्वीकृति के बाद रिफंड ग्राहक के मूल भुगतान माध्यम या कंपनी द्वारा अनुमोदित अन्य माध्यम से किया जाएगा।
यदि गलती कंपनी की नहीं है, तो कूरियर/शिपिंग शुल्क (यदि लागू हो) वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
ग्राहक द्वारा उपयोग किए गए, क्षतिग्रस्त या परिवर्तित किए गए उत्पाद रिफंड के पात्र नहीं होंगे।
स्वीकृत रिफंड सामान्यतः 7 से 15 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर प्रक्रिया पूरी होने पर जारी कर दिया जाएगा।
यह रिफंड पॉलिसी कंपनी की शर्तों एवं लागू भारतीय कानूनों के अधीन होगी।
