Direct Sellers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of the Company. Any statement, promise, representation, or commitment made by a Direct Seller shall be solely the responsibility of that Direct Seller unless expressly authorized by the Company.

3. Product Information
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability are accurate. However, the Company reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or correct any information without prior notice.

4. No Medical or Health Claims
Unless specifically approved and supported by applicable laws, no product sold by the Company is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers should consult qualified professionals before relying on any health-related information.

5. No Investment Opportunity
The Company's business opportunity is a Direct Selling business and shall not be considered an investment scheme, deposit scheme, money circulation scheme, or pyramid scheme. Participation in the Company's business does not guarantee returns on investment.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: Use of products or services; Business activities conducted by Direct Sellers; Unauthorized representations made by Direct Sellers; Technical interruptions or website errors.

7. Third-Party Content
The Company shall not be responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party websites, applications, or external resources linked to or referenced by the Company.

8. Policy Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace its policies, procedures, compensation plans, products, services, and business practices at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

9. Compliance with Laws
All customers and Direct Sellers are required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, Company policies, and the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

10. Acceptance
By purchasing products, registering as a Direct Seller, or participating in the Company's business activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer.

कंपनी के उत्पादों, सेवाओं अथवा व्यवसाय अवसर का उपयोग करने वाले सभी ग्राहक एवं डायरेक्ट सेलर्स निम्नलिखित शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं:

1. आय की कोई गारंटी नहीं
कंपनी किसी भी डायरेक्ट सेलर को निश्चित आय, लाभ, बोनस, कमीशन या आर्थिक सफलता की गारंटी नहीं देती है। डायरेक्ट सेलर की आय उसके व्यक्तिगत प्रयास, बिक्री, नेतृत्व क्षमता, टीम निर्माण, बाजार की परिस्थितियों एवं अन्य कारकों पर निर्भर करती है।

2. स्वतंत्र डायरेक्ट सेलर
कंपनी के सभी डायरेक्ट सेलर्स स्वतंत्र व्यवसायी (Independent Contractors) हैं। वे कंपनी के कर्मचारी, एजेंट, भागीदार या कानूनी प्रतिनिधि नहीं हैं। किसी डायरेक्ट सेलर द्वारा किए गए अनधिकृत वादे, दावे या प्रस्तुतियों के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

3. उत्पाद संबंधी जानकारी
कंपनी उत्पादों एवं सेवाओं के संबंध में सही एवं अद्यतन जानकारी प्रदान करने का प्रयास करती है। फिर भी कंपनी बिना पूर्व सूचना के उत्पाद, मूल्य, उपलब्धता, विशेषताओं या अन्य जानकारी में संशोधन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।

4. स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा दावों का अस्वीकरण
कंपनी के किसी भी उत्पाद को किसी बीमारी के निदान, उपचार, रोकथाम या इलाज के उद्देश्य से प्रचारित नहीं किया जाता है, जब तक कि ऐसा कानूनन स्वीकृत एवं प्रमाणित न हो। ग्राहकों को किसी भी स्वास्थ्य संबंधी निर्णय से पहले योग्य चिकित्सक की सलाह लेने की सलाह दी जाती है।

5. निवेश योजना नहीं
कंपनी का व्यवसाय मॉडल डायरेक्ट सेलिंग पर आधारित है। यह किसी प्रकार की निवेश योजना (Investment Scheme), जमा योजना (Deposit Scheme), मनी सर्कुलेशन योजना (Money Circulation Scheme) या पिरामिड योजना (Pyramid Scheme) नहीं है।

6. दायित्व की सीमा
कंपनी निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में होने वाली किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष हानि के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी: उत्पादों या सेवाओं के उपयोग से उत्पन्न परिणाम; डायरेक्ट सेलर्स द्वारा की गई अनधिकृत गतिविधियां; तकनीकी त्रुटियां या वेबसाइट संबंधी समस्याएं; गलत उपयोग या गलत जानकारी के आधार पर लिए गए निर्णय।

7. तृतीय पक्ष (Third Party) सामग्री
यदि कंपनी की वेबसाइट या प्रचार सामग्री में किसी अन्य वेबसाइट या बाहरी स्रोत का संदर्भ दिया गया है, तो उसकी सामग्री, सटीकता या विश्वसनीयता के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

8. नीति में संशोधन
कंपनी को अपनी नीतियों, नियमों, उत्पादों, सेवाओं, आय योजना एवं व्यवसायिक प्रक्रियाओं में समय-समय पर संशोधन करने का अधिकार होगा।

9. कानूनों का पालन
सभी डायरेक्ट सेलर्स एवं ग्राहक भारत के लागू कानूनों, कंपनी की नीतियों तथा उपभोक्ता संरक्षण (डायरेक्ट सेलिंग) नियम, 2021 का पालन करने के लिए बाध्य होंगे।

10. स्वीकृति
कंपनी के उत्पाद खरीदने, सेवाओं का उपयोग करने अथवा डायरेक्ट सेलर के रूप में पंजीकरण करने पर यह माना जाएगा कि संबंधित व्यक्ति ने इस अस्वीकरण (Disclaimer) को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है और इसकी सभी शर्तों को स्वीकार कर लिया है।
